All lanes reopen after multi-car crash on I-80 in Emeryville

EMERYVILLE, Calif. (KGO) -- An accident briefly blocked all Westbound lanes on Interstate 80 near Powell Street Wednesday night. Officials say several cars were involved. It is unclear if there were any injuries.
