Angelia would have turned 2 years old this month, a deputy coroner said today.
An autopsy conducted on her body this morning confirmed that she died from drowning, and Antioch police were calling her death a tragic accident.
Police were called to the child's house at about 8:20 p.m. Sunday, but were not releasing details about how the incident occurred or the location of the home.
Angelia was transported to Sutter Delta Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
