Police say the man accused of beating and robbing Oakland Raider Javon Walker is refusing to cooperate in the search for a second suspect.
Arfat Fadel appeared in court on Friday, where bail was set at $86,000. Fadel is charged with kidnapping, robbery and battery.
Although Walker denies knowing his attackers, surveillance video shows the Raiders receiver willingly getting into a range rover, belonging to a Los Gatos woman, on the morning of June 15th.
He was found unconscious an hour later. Walker told police he was robbed of more than $3,000 in cash and $100,000 in jewelry.
