The shooting took place in the 1700 block of Seminary Avenue around 6:40 p.m., according to police.
The condition of those who were injured in the shooting is unknown but police said one person was shot in the back and another victim was shot in the abdomen. The other two people injured sustained less serious injuries, said police.
One victim died at the scene but the coroner's bureau had not yet identified that person.
