The money is owed to people who have not received their tax refund or stimulus rebate.
The problem is the IRS cannot find them.
"The checks were mailed out by the Post Office and because of a bad address, they were returned to the IRS as undeliverable," IRS spokesperson Jesse Weller said. "All we nwwd is an updated address."
Those on the list should update their address with the IRS by Nov. 28 to ensure they receive their stimulus check.
