Get in shape with five exercises you can do anywhere. Team Tae Bo instructor and member, Peter Johnson, demonstrates these routines that will help you tone up and feel good.


1) Ab twist -greatest exercise to flatten and firm the tummy)

2) The Butter Fly - tones and tightens inner and outer thighs

3) Speed Bag - works on the shoulders and upper arms as well as the abdominal core

4) Knee Raise - works the abs and strengthens the core
