Surgeons removed Heather McNamara's stomach, pancreas, spleen, liver, and her small and large intenstines to reach a tumor the size of a baseball.
After the tumor was removed, they put the six vital organs back and doctors say she's doing "fantastic."
Heather's father was on stand-by during the surgery to donate his liver, if needed.
Heather says she misses her sister and looks forward to playing with her dog at her home in Long Island.
