The stabbing was reported around 4:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of 97th Avenue.
The women were all taken to Highland Hospital.
Thomason said two of the women underwent surgery and were later listed in "stable but guarded" condition. He did not know the condition of the third victim.
One man was arrested after the stabbing, Thomason said.
The case remains under investigation.
