ABC7's Larry Beil talked with the undefeated (7-0) fighter.
Beil: "Most people don't like getting hit in the face. I don't know any women that like getting hit in the face. How did you choose this as your profession?"
Carano: "I didn't really choose it, it just kind of happened. I found something that I was passionate about, that I ended up being more passionate about the more I trained. It changed my life. I allowed it to change my life, and now it's one of the biggest parts of my life."
Beil: "You've gotten a lot of notoriety because of your looks. Are you more comfortable doing a bikini modeling shoot or smacking a punching bag? What would you rather do? Where are you most comfortable?
Carano: "I think that I'm most comfortable training. That's easier for me, I know that. These photo shoots, like the magazine shoot, I mean I had to have a whole bottle of wine just to relax."
