Huntington Beach turns 100
Also known as Surf City USA, Huntington Beach is celebrating its 100th birthday! We visited several businesses in Huntington Beach including the first and oldest standing business Dwight's, Dig It Sandcastles, and we also stopped by the International Surfing Museum on our way to Old World Village. Huntington Beach is celebrating its centennial anniversary with activities and events happening every month this year.

Farmers Market 75th anniversary
Author JoAnn Cianciulli wrote the cookbook honoring the 75th anniversary of L.A.'s original Farmers Market. Leslie Sykes went on an international eating tour of the 48 stalls that serve cuisine from around the world, including Little Johns Candies, Singapore Banana Leaf, Patsy's Pizza, Magee's, Dupars, Loteria and Pampa's Grill. L.A.'s Original Farmers Market Cookbook can be found in major bookstores.
