The Consumer Product Safety Commission says Maclaren is recalling one million strollers after more than a dozen children reported getting their fingers caught in the hinge. Some of them had partial amputations of their fingers.
The recall involves single and double umbrella strollers. They were sold nationwide at Babies-R-Us and Target.
The British company is telling consumers to stop using the item and to order a free repair kit.
