The Bruce Gradkowski era got off to a good start. Yes, the Bengals were flat, but the Raiders came through with a big 4th quarter and a comeback victory against what was one of the hottest teams in the NFL.
Gradkowski spread the ball around hitting seven different receivers and only throwing one pick. Certainly, it was an improvement from JaMarcus Russell.
Now, the question is: will the big Gradkowski be able to handle the pressure with the entire nation watching?
"We're very blessed to be playing on Thanksgiving Day. As a little kid, growing up, you always dreamed of this day and to be able to play in front of a national televised audience on Thanksgiving, everyone's home with their families eating turkey. It's unbelievable," said Gradkowski.
