Gas line burns in Hayward for over 5 hours

PG&E managed to cap a gas line break after 5 hours of it burning wildly. (ABC7)

At around 5:30 p.m. PG&E finally capped a gas leak that burned wildly for more than five hours on Wednesday.

The fire, in an industrial area of Hayward, started when a tractor operator struck a gas line. He suffered first degree burns to his hands and face.
