Students at Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley say they want Constance McMillen to have the chance to attend a prom.
Her own school district canceled their dance to avoid having to allow McMillen to attend wearing a tux, with her girlfriend.
The ACLU wanted to force the district to hold its prom, but a judge denied the request.
McMillen has not yet responded to the invite from Tamalpais High.
