Dellums announced last June he would slash his $183,000 a year salary. But, according to our media partner the Oakland Tribune, he has not done it so far.
There is speculation the mayor may have gone back on his promise because he has financial problems, including an IRS lien on his some of this holdings.
Dellums has said he was trying to sell his late mother's house in Oakland to pay off back taxes.
