"The Minutemen want to have something to say? Who you going to kill today?" said Stark.
The video was shot by Minuteman Steve Kemp at Stark's townhall meeting last Saturday in Fremont. Kemp posted it on YouTube where it has had over 48,000 views.
At one point, Stark jokes that he will sell ladders if the government builds a wall at the border.
"Pete is Pete and he just started making jokes about everything and it's a serious matter and I'm sorry, but you just don't expect that kind of thing from your representatives," said Kemp.
Stark defended his comments and sarcasm saying there are already 20,000 border patrol agents and that, "what it comes down to is fear of people who speak with an accent."
