Jurors got the case Friday afternoon and deliberated for about 2.5 hours before the weekend recess. They will return Tuesday morning to decide the fate of /*Johannes Mehserle*/.
The former BART officer is charged in the shooting death of unarmed passenger /*Oscar Grant*/ at the Fruitvale station on New Year's Day of 2009.
The trial was moved to Los Angeles because of the publicity in the Bay Area.
