It happened around 8 p.m. Friday night at the Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue Restaurant in Santa Rosa.
All 11 of those injured were people who were inside the restaurant.
They had just minor cuts and scratches. The driver was not hurt.
Police are questioning him to try to figure out how this happened.
