42-year old Jennifer Vasquez and 28-year-old Wendi Hayes are set to appear in court next month. They're accused of stealing from the Baldwin Elementary Home and School Club in San Jose.
The fund typically pays for everything from hiring school counselors to kindergarten handwriting programs.
Bank officials notified the school district, when they noticed charges from Netflix, JC Penney, Old Navy and gas stations.
Neither woman's attorney has commented.
