According to the online real estate website, Zillow.com, the president's home and home office has lost nearly a quarter of its value. In the last month alone, the value dropped almost $4 million.
Zillow says the White House was worth more than $331 million at the top of the housing boom, but the latest price tag is now estimated at $253 million.
