The goal is to reduce the dropout rate and make these students start dreaming about a successful career in technology.
"Multimillion dollar companies are about to go public, I want them to hire you," said Lee. "They will only look at you if you have that degree, and if you focus."
Microsoft is helping the effort by donating $500,000 in software and $15,000 in computers to the city college Bridge to Success summer program.
