The study in Monday's journal 'Pediatrics' said the kids are 50 percent less likely to be injured if the grandparents are driving. The study, conducted by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, looked at insurance claims from crashes in 15 states. Researchers said they believe older drivers may drive more cautiously than parents do when the precious cargo of their grandchildren are on board.
