The crash happened Sunday morning at the 8th Street off ramp of Highway 101 at Bryant Street.
The crash closed the off ramp for over an hour.
The impact forced the emergency vehicle to roll over. Two people, including a firefighter, were injured. The conditions of those injured were not immediately known.
An investigation into the cause of the crash continues.
