The fire broke out along the 700 block of Ladera Drive shortly after 10:50 a.m. Sunday. Firefighters saw smoke and flames coming from the front of the home when they arrived.
Nearby neighbors attempted to combat the flames with garden hoses.
Firefighters say they had to force the door of the home open in order to search for two elderly people that had been reported inside the building by nearby residents.
An elderly female resident was located in the living room and pronounced dead at the scene. An elderly man was later found inside the dining room of the home and was also pronounced dead.
The identities of the victims have not yet been released by the Solano County Coroner.
Authorities estimate the home sustained approximately $125,000 in damage.
