The Westin St. Francis Hotel unveiled its 12-foot rotating holiday sugar castle. It took a team of eight about five months to build the castle. It weighs 1,200 pounds and features 20 towers, 30 rooms, and a toy train.
While it's made of lots of delicious items, it's been varnished so it's no longer edible. The castle will be on display through the first of the year.
