Toto, a 12-year-old Yorkie named Toto, was snatched from a fenced-in yard eight months ago. On Tuesday, someone put him back in the yard, inside a dog carrier. All his front teeth and part of his left eye are missing, and he was suffering infections.
The family says Toto will need a lot of time and attention at the vet.
So far, there are no leads.
