The Ohio Department of Natural Resources concluded that the earthquakes in Youngstown were probably caused by waste water from oil and gas drilling being injected into a disposal well. The process is known as fracking.
Officials want well operators to submit extensive geological data before they drill and track the drilling process electronically.
