The driver sped off after crashing into a corner bedroom of this building on Sunset Avenue. The man inside wasn't hurt. There were also two other adults and three children in adjacent rooms. They're all okay and getting emergency housing assistance from the Red Cross, while police look for the damaged white Chevy pick-up truck and the hit-and-run driver.
