Deputies learned that the suspect Phillip Tumilty was involved in an argument with this ex-wife. After the argument, Phillip told his ex-wife that he would take the kids to school. Later in the morning it was discovered that the two children were not taken to school. There is child custody order in place and Phillip is a non-custodial parent on the child custody order. Attempts to contact Phillip were unsuccessful and an AMBER Alert was issued.
The two kids were last seen in a black 2001 Ford F-150 truck with CA plate: 8W32929.
Phillip Tumilty is 6'2" weighs 195 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. His kids are 9-year-old Phillip Tumilty Jr. and 6-year-old Tiffany Tumilty.
