About 4,300 customers had no power after an outage was reported at 9:31 a.m., spokesman J.D. Guidi said.
All customers had power restored by 12:13 p.m., he said.
The outage appears to have been caused by two hawks that were fighting and hit equipment in a substation on Seaport Boulevard, according to Guidi.
