Last night, Los Gatos gave the company the green light to build a 485,000 square foot campus near Highway 85, but the site is less than the 550,000 Netflix initially wanted.
Now, one San Jose city councilman has made a competing proposal, offering Netflix a choice to build at sites either near Santana Row or Meridian Avenue. Netflix says it will know within a few days whether or not to move forward at the Los Gatos site.
