Drakes Oyster Bay Company continues fight to stay open

The historic Drakes Bay Oyster Company is continuing its fight to stay open. They've planned a support rally to tell its side of the story.

It's the Marin County farm's latest move to try to stop the federal government from shutting it down.

The National Park Service claims the farm's oyster boats have had a negative impact on sea life.

But Drakes, along with some marine experts, say false science was used to evaluate the environmental impact.

The rally is set for 2:30 p.m. Monday at San Francisco's Waterfront Restaurant.
