The fundraiser honors, Faith Fancher, a Bay Area broadcaster who passed away in 2003 after a long battle with breast cancer.
The money from the race goes to uninsured women and men fighting breast cancer.
The fundraiser will begin at 10 a.m. at Lake Merritt in Oakland.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. And at 11:15 a.m. ABC7 News Anchor Dan Ashley and his band "Push" will perform.
