A Pennsylvania man will serve 18 months in federal prison for trying to sell how-to information on hacking into classified websites -- including some in the Bay Area.

Andrew James Miller, 23, was sentenced yesterday for hacking into numerous networks. In one case he remotely broke into computers at Lawrence Livermore lab and left backdoor access that he planned to sell for $50,000.

Livermore Lab designs the nation's nuclear warheads.
