Louis Munoz ended up donating a kidney to his childhood friend.
Munoz and William Lynch had lost contact and hadn't spoken for years until they found themselves randomly seated next to each other at a San Diego Chargers football game.
The two got to talking and Lynch told Munoz that he needed a new kidney. Munoz got tested and he was a match. The successful surgery took place last October.
Lynch says his friend will now be a part of his life -- forever.
