Michael Quinn, 43, appeared briefly in court this morning for his arraignment, but it was postponed for a second time. Investigators say Quinn hit the motorcyclist at 5th and Market last June.
Quinn has resigned from the department and faces up to three years in prison. He's due back in court on May 8.
