Police: Contra Costa County car fires were arson, and likely linked

BRENTWOOD, Calif. (KGO) -- ABC7 News has learned that one person is possible to blame for a string of car fires in Contra Costa County.

The fires have sparked all over the county, most just in driveways until Thursday when a fire jumped to someone's home.
