PACIFICA, Calif. (KGO) -- With less than a week until the 4th of July, Safe and Sane fireworks are being sold in cities that allow them. Wednesday was the first day of business for fireworks booths and Pacifica is cracking down on the use of illegal fireworks.

City officials say anyone who is planning to set off illegal fireworks should beware. They have new enforcement tools including an app that people can report illegal fireworks usage with.
