'Black-ish' stars talk to ABC7's Kristen Sze

Nothing helps you get over the mid-week hump like a little laughter. That's where ABC's show "Black-ish" comes in!

New episodes of the funny family sitcom return to ABC7 on Wednesday night.

ABC7 Morning News anchor Kristen Sze talked to two of the stars -- Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross -- about what they've been hearing from fans since the show premiered back in September.

"The best compliment we can get and that we've received as a show is people from all walks of life who stop me and say, 'when I see your show, I see my family up there,'" Anderson said. "That's the best compliment that we can get because it comes from everyone. And, you know, I can pay my bills on time with the success of the show. I'm almost out of debt. I still am in Chapter 11 bankruptcy though. That's going to stay for another six years. The show's not that successful yet."
