Cast of 'Game of Thrones' in San Francisco for show's premiere

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Some lucky Bay Area "Game of Thrones" fans are in for a special treat.

HBO is hosting a star-studded season five premiere at the War Memorial Opera House in San Francisco.

"Game of Thrones" cast and crew members will mingle with some 3,000 invited guests, but only about 1,000 fans will get into the after-party at City Hall.

Everyone else can watch the event on the show's Facebook page. The premiere will be streamed live.
