OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Oakland CHP say got a dangerous driver off the road Wednesday night. His description was unlike any they've heard.
When police pulled over 21-year-old Damaj Cook and he was covered head-to-toe in gold spray paint. Don't believe us? The CHP posted photos to Facebook saying, "It's never a dull day for Oakland CHP."
Police arrested Cook for DUI after he reportedly hit three cars on Interstate 80 in Berkeley. Somehow, no one got hurt. It appears police even covered their chairs so the paint didn't spread. Probably a good move considering the man's steering wheel was covered in the paint.
ABC7 News called police to get some backstory on why this man was covered in gold spray paint. They tell us he was returning from a photoshoot.
