OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- ABC7 News' Larry Beil spoke asked Golden States Warriors General Manager Bob Meyers about a new label the Warriors have as the NBA villains.
"My whole life I've aimed for getting that title and now thankfully people are calling us villains, so it's finally a realization," Meyers said.

When asked what the one thing Meyers has learned about Kevin Durant before the team was courting him, he said: "People might not believe this but I think he's actually a better basketball player than I thought and I think even some of our players and coaches thought. And the reason I can say that is when you get to see someone practice, you really get a better view of them," Meyers said. "Our fans should enjoy him, very unselfish, very smart, competitive and very talented."
