Green Day opens pop-up store for fans ahead of Oakland concert

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- The rock band Green Day, which got its start in the Bay Area launched a special event for fans Thursday.

They're hosting a two-day pop-up event ahead of this weekend's concert at The Oakland Coliseum.

The pop-up will offer exclusive band merchandise. It's open at 1234 Go Records in Oakland at 12:30 p.m.
