New report reveals Google best company to work for

A new report revealed the top companies to work for when it comes to pay and perks.

It's no surprise the tech sector dominates the list. Mountain View-based Google is number one.

Costco is number two and the only retailer to make the list. It's known for having better pay and benefits than its competitors.

Menlo Park-based Facebook ranks third.

GlassDoor.Com evaluated things like healthcare, retirement plans, flexible schedules and perks such as free food, transportation and in-house laundry services.
