SAN LEANDRO, Calif. (KGO) -- Two suspects, who allegedly stole a newspaper delivery van in San Francisco's Bayview District Monday morning, were eventually arrested in the East Bay after a lengthy police chase across three Bay Area counties. Click here for the full story.
