San Rafael residents unhappy about vehicle dwellers

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (KGO) -- An ordinance that passed in San Rafael banning overnight parking in neighborhoods has pushed people living in RVs to land in an unincorporated part of the city and residents aren't happy about it.
