2 men killed in Fruitvale shooting, suspect remains at large

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Oakland police are investigating a double homicide that occurred in the Fruitvale District Saturday night.

Two men were shot and killed in the 3600 block of Foothill Boulevard at 9:21 p.m., police said Sunday.

The two victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are searching for a possible suspect in connection with the shooting, but did not release a description Sunday morning. No arrests have been made.
