Pacifica announces yellow-tagged building must come down

PACIFICA, Calif. (KGO) -- Because of ongoing, long term coastal erosion, the city of Pacifica plans to demolish a cliffside apartment building. The building at 310 Esplanade was yellow-tagged back in January. This morning, the city announced the building must come down as soon as possible.
