Some people saw delays Thursday night, when the mall first opened.

"We could see on the freeway all the cars lined up on by 7:30 trying to get in already," said shopper Brittany Farr.

Most shops here at the Livermore Premium Outlets opened Thursday at 6 p.m.

There were still lines outside some stores Friday morning. The deals range from 40,50 to even 60 percent off.
