Affordable rental apartment complex has grand opening in San Jose

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- An affordable rental apartment community had its grand opening in San Jose on Thursday.
Mayor Sam Liccardo attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the 102-unit Donner Lofts on E. St. John Street.
The apartment community was developed by MidPen Housing.
